Train operators on test instruction, work instruction, new procedures, change/improvement of process.
Elaborate Skill Matrix and Training Materials (Curriculum, Test, etc.) regarding Process and Production.
Evaluate, review, issue and approve the skill badge/certificate for worker/operator.
Do periodical report about Training status.

:
Graduated from Intermediate level and above.
Strong knowledge and practice of electronic board assembly.
Proficient in software: Autocard, PLC, word, Excel.
Computer: Office tools.
At least 1 year experience
English: can communicate well in English.
Prefer candidate living in District 9 or Bien Hoa city or who can relocate for new job.
Candidate with background from Electronics or experience from Electronic environment is preferred.
