Mô tả công việc : Customer Care:

- Responsible for providing assigned clients with continuous support for their needs and managing the harmonious business relationship with the client through excellent customer service.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Work with our product teams to tap into opportunities for content creation.
- Coordinating with other groups within our company
- Organizing focused tests
- Organizing the qualification of product builds

Content Developer:

- Monitor and support filling system
- Develop and own brand voice and tone. Make sure content meets our high editorial standards, reflects our voice & brand guidelines and provides benefits to our target audience and customers
- Develop the standards and best practices for creating, managing, and maintaining marketing content, overseeing editorial, and all other types of communication.
- Contribute to a variety of marketing campaigns and projects as needed. Setup and launch Email marketing campaigns.
Iterate and grow the product, documentation, product management and launch process, etc.
- Compose the products and website content.
- Update and write articles on products’ blog.
- Manage content as well launch promotion campaigns on Social Networks: Facebook, Twitter, Google+
- Other tasks will be assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager.
- Support Administrative tasks
