- Initiate in tailoring all aspects of training strategies, program design and program implementation.
- Design multimedia training system to meet the needs of fast training delivery, time limitation and efficiency of result.
- Design training database tracking system to ensure training result, individual progress are recorded systematically.
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager.

7 years at management level of training and development experience.
Experience developing or overseeing the development of eLearning, performance support and other learning solution.
Demonstrated experience working with leaders, including identifying needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results/recommendations.
Excellent in coaching, training, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong writing and verbal skill in both English and Vietnamese.
Critical thinking and willingness to share/develop others.
Knowledge in Photoshop or photograph is an advantage.
Be able to work independently and under pressure
