Mô tả công việc	:	• Liaise with carrier, coordinate with oversea agent and all related parties to handle daily sea export shipment • Inform and updateoversea agent regarding shipment progress (arrival, delivery, etc.) • Manage ocean freight and update in internal system • Handle oversea agent general inquiries and complaints and ensure that all queries are promptly resolved • Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with oversea agent • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Kỹ năng công việc	:	• Female. Age under 28 years old. • At least one year working experience in forwarding fields. • College or Bachelor degree in related fields. • Good knowledge of forwarding and shipping. • Initiative, persuasive and proactive • Strong communication and negotiation in English • Good email writing in English • Working hard and result oriented • Ability to work under high pressure • Excellent in office software such as word, excel, internet, outlook
